Bay Harbour is a lushly landscaped gated condo community on Lower Matecumbe at MM 74 1/2. The complex has a heated pool with a jetted spa, two lighted tennis courts, a clubhouse with a fitness center and covered parking. There is deep water dockage at your door with a 30' or 50' dock. • Stays are usually Saturday to Saturday, but flexible.
• Pro-rata refund if evacuated for hurricane by an offical order.
• Deposit confirms reservation- fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit can not be applied to rental fee. Security deposit returned after departure if no damage occurs.
• Rental rates range from $2100 to $3400 per week.
